As you know, we have bought a house on the costa del sol and moved in January 30, 2019. You can read our story here about buying our villa called El Gavilan.
We plan to spend every winter in our beautiful villa and make it available for vacation rentals in the summer months. The house is advertised through Airbnb. Below you will find the link to our listing as well as the comments we received.

It is a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house which includes two kitchens, a pool, jacuzzi, stunning view of the mediterranean and beautiful gardens. It is a very private, walled property. There is a pool table, ping pong table, petanque court, BBQ and five terraces. It is 5 minutes by car to Nerja town and beaches and also 5 minutes by car to Frigiliana, one of Spain’s most beautiful Pueblo blanco. It is a perfect house for families or groups of friends and a great location to visit Andalucia.
The rates range from 590 euros in high season to 450 euros per night in low season.

This villa is absolutely stunning, it has so much space, the bedroom are perfect sized doubles and all with air con which was amazing. The pool area is so relaxing, the bbq was brilliant, it was just an all round amazing spot for our group of 12. We were all blown away by this villa and I cannot recommend it enough.
Nothing can be improved about this villa, it is just perfect. I would only offer a recommendation to future residents to rent a car as this villa is not in walking distance to the shops / bins. Other than that pure perfection!

We have just arrived home after 10 days in your beautiful home in Frigiliana. I write just to tell you that we absolute loved the house, and appreciated the fine touches of your hospitality that showed in so many tiny ways: small notes, tissues in the bathrooms and groceries (we also left ours for the next to enjoy) Hope to come back again next year. Feels like a real home
The house has a lot of personality and makes you feel very welcome. Comfortable beds and nice furnitures. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful garden and pool area. Not suitable for small children or disabled people. Great for 12 adults, not crowded at all. Feels like a real home, not a rental home.
